Axor Universal Accessories is a new collection designed by Antonio Citterio.  The collection complements the existing Axor collections with their soft shapes and clean lines.  

Axor Universal is a modular system that offers a wide choice of use and can be used individually or together, such as the rail can be either a towel rack or as a base for other accessories within the range such as the soap dish or tooth brush tumbler.  An additional bonus is if you find you need more accessories you can add more to the modular system later.

The Edit: Preview of Duravit Starck Cape Cod

Philippe Starck takes inspiration from the sandy beaches and clear water of the Cape Cod area of New England on the east coast of the USA to create a stunning new range.

The ceramic basins are produced from DuraCeram with only a 5mm thick rim in 3 different shapes, round, square and tri-oval.  The consoles with shelves feature a contrast between the floorstanding frame in chrome and four wood finishes: American Walnut, European Oak, White Beech and Vintage Oak.  The high-gloss white is available with doors and shelves on the side. A minimalist rectangular mirror also comes with LED lights.

The Cape Cod Collection also includes baths that feature a gently shaped headrest to enhance the bathing experience. The bath is produced from a new material DuraSolid A, which has a warm ‘feel’ and matt appearance. Choose from freestanding, back-to-wall or left or right hand corner version.

Farrow & Ball Key Colours for 2015

Farrow + Ball have announced their key colours for 2015 which are Breakfast Room Green, Light Blue, Pink Ground and Tanner's Brown.  Some really gorgeous colours to choose from for painting rooms or furniture.

It is interesting that Pantone selected Marsala as the colour of the Year for 2015, a rich burgundy, and Tanner's Brown is a earthy rich brown.
